ahh. it has seriously been a interesting week for me? with like the camp comin to pass and the different activities i did. the camp was a great eyeopener for me? i mean... i learnt many many things through this camp. somethings i've learnt before and somethings i've never thought of doing in the first place.
anyway today coach said 2.4km must run 10.15. grrs.. i must train butbut... my leg is now like injured.. how am i supposed to run that fast ? furthermore my target is 9.30 hahahs. sighs! (: i dunno. i really must pia now .. i am quite motivated.. 80 pullups, 160 pushups, crunches if i want ... then run for 1 round around my estate! (: in the morning and afternoon. hahahas.
